Feel free to copy the graphic and use however you like. It was created in Wordle if you want to try to create one yourself. The trick to save it and create a .jpg, is to screen print the image once you have it completed and copy it a computer program where you can make it into a picture file. I used MS Publisher.

It never fails that when we go out to eat we forget to take our vitamins. So, in my never ending search for the perfect solution, I found this cute little pill container at the grocery store yesterday. Perfect solution and easy to add to a key chain or for some if you like the blingy look then add it to a cord and wear it as a necklace or a purse charm. It was a great idea until I came home and tried to put all my evening vitamins and supplements into that tube...not going to work. Was having dinner at my mother's tonight...typical Sunday evening meal with the family and I asked what was in her diffuser as I was thinking I needed to put some Calming blend in there as a couple of family members were discussing things and it was feeling a little overwhelming in there. I hadn't even thought about mixing these two oils together but the aroma was very calming and to me smelled a bit like an incense I once had. I decided to look up the oils in my Emotions book and was surprised at the combination and how soothing to some people this blend might be. ![]() Give it a try and let me know how you like it. |
